The International Cricket Council (ICC) today announced that former West Indies captain Richie Richardson has been appointed to the Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees.

IRELAND have made two changes to their squad for the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup Qualifying tournament in Malaysia next month.
