The match was scheduled to take place at Strabane CC tomorrow (SUN), but sodden ground conditions has led to the game being abandoned.
A Cricket Ireland spokesperson said: "Strabane Cricket Club contacted Cricket Ireland early on Saturday to advise that following recent poor weather, the ground was waterlogged, with play unlikely to be possible on Sunday.
"After monitoring conditions throughout the day, it was confirmed by the Club that the ground had not recovered sufficiently for a match of this standard to be played the following day and, therefore, Cricket Ireland and Strabane CC have agreed to abandon the match, with both sides being awarded two points."
Leinster Lightning had already been confirmed as Inter-Provincial Cup winners, and details of the presentation will be confirmed in the near future.”
