In doing so the Management Committee is aware of the poor weather and the fixture problems it has caused for clubs in the current season.
The review will look at all levels of the game and will involve full consultation with clubs.
It is intended that the review will result in radical proposals being brought to the Union’s 2008 Annual General Meeting.
