Ryan Haire of North Down captains the side which contains a number of new faces. Reagan West and Nigel Jones of Civil Service North are named for the first time, while Rory McCann, Neil Gill and Allan Coulter are also included.
Instonians wicket-keeper McCann deputises for Fintan McAllister who has been called into the InterContinental Cup squad, as Gary Wilson is required by Surrey.
There is also a recall for David Kennedy of Ballymena, while the North West trio of Chris Dougherty, David Rankin and Andrew Riddles earn an opportunity.
James Hall is unavailable, while Mark Hutchinson of Bangor has announced his retirement from representative cricket.
