Campbell College and Limavady Grammar School will meet in this season’s Ulster Bank Schools Cricket Cup final at Muckamore CC on Thursday at 1.30pm.

Campbell knocked out holders Grosvenor Grammar School with a seven-wicket win in the last over and in today’s (Monday) other semi-final, Limavady defeated Wallace High School by 66 runs.

The date of the final is unconfirmed but is expected to be played at Muckamore on either Wednesday or Thursday of this week.

Grosvenor 186-3 (30 overs)  (A Johnston 71, C Rea 65, J Gibson 36 not out) Campbell 187-3 (29.5 overs)  (P Hamilton 65, S Hunter 27, N McMinn 27; P Davison 2-13). Campbell won by seven wickets.

Limavady Grammar 181-6 (35 overs) ( R Allen 74, C McGregor 41, J Millar 26, D Nelson 2-24) Wallace High 115  (30.2 overs)  (M Hylands 19; R Allen 4-16, J Millar 2-14). Limavady won by 66 runs.
