Would like to pass on my condolences to Jareth, Jeremy and family circle on the sad passing of their mum.

Could I make a suggestion, maybe you should take a sabatical from cricket this season and have a go at the comedy?
It might clear away all that gloom gathered inside your head and as well, you'll be a much refreshed/better cricketer when you return the following year!

help.... trying to shop for a new cricket bat and since i havent bought one in like 7 years i didnt realise how pricey they are now, any recommendations of bats that are decent but not extortionate. A few of our guys got CA bats last year that are pretty good , so at the minute it is looking like a winner
Taito, fair to say I'm a bit biased but yes CA for starters, SS is another option. I'm on holiday at the minute but give me a shout when you get back and I'll sort.

The NIACUS Annual Dinner will take place on Friday 30th March 2012 at the La Mon Country House Hotel. Our guest speaker is former Irish international Kyle McCallan and he will be ably assisted by our own Andy Kennedy. Tickets cost £30 and can be obtained from Jonathan Lyttle or any member of the NIACUS Executive. We would appeal to all clubs to support us as we support you during the season and visitors will be warmly welcomed.
